Full Time
$120,000 - $140,000

  • Organizes and facilitates project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
  • Guide scrum teams for enterprise software development projects based on Microsoft Azure utilizing Azure DevOps tools and framework
  • Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.
  • Ensures that the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
  • Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Assists the team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
  • Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Identifies and removes impediments and prevents distractions.
  • Facilitates discussion and conflict resolution.
  • Empowers the team to self-organize.
  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

The projected compensation range for this position is $120K - $140K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Holds active Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or similar accredited organization
  • Holds active SAFe certification
  • At least 6 years of IT experience on systems development projects, preferably with experience in development roles
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Experience leading multiple, parallel Scrum teams
  • Experience guiding customers in adoption of Agile and DevOps principles
  • Experience coaching scrum teams on Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) terminology, storyboards, and reporting
  • Experience migrating agile teams to Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Experience implementing requirements and CI/CD tasks
  • At least 2 years of experience using Agile work management tools to manage the Agile process
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field (or equivalent experience)


Desirable Skills

Prior experience providing Agile process support for Operations-focused teams using Kanban

Prior experience maintaining and presenting status reports like agile key performance metrics to stakeholders

Federal Government Public Trust clearance

US Citizenship preferred
