As our Season Ticket ServiceIntern, you'll spend the 2025-2026 NBA Season supporting the Season Ticket Services team with day-to-day projects, Member events and game night shifts. 

About the Internship:

  • Internship Duration: August 26,2025 to April 24, 2026, with the potential for an extension.
  • Part-time Commitment: Expect to work an average of 28 hours per week.
  • Location: Portland, Oregon; this is an on-site role, not remote.

As our Season Ticket Service Intern, you will:

  • Provide personalized customer service during home games to all Season Ticket Members and guests.
  • Ensure Rip City United (RCU) Headquarters is organized and stocked with essential supplies prior to each game and complete the setup and tear down of RCU headquarters before and after each home game.
  • Learn ticketing and customer relationship management software to help Season Ticket Members with frequently asked questions, run payments, and log Member touchpoints.
  • Support Service Account Executives with outbound phone and email communication to clients, transactions and operational account necessities.
  • Assist Revenue Events team and Ticketing Coordinator with logistics for Rip City United events and gifting.
  • Track, organize, transport and handle all Ticket Services incentive inventory,such as RCU promotional items, team posters, bobble heads, autographed items, etc.
  • Assist in other administrative and customer service tasks as assigned and schedule allows, including supporting client communication initiatives.
  • Own intern-assigned projects with guidance from department leaders while self-managing hours week over week to accomplish necessary tasks and events.
