Responsibilities:
- Loads, secures, transport, delivers, and unloads products to and from specified destinations
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Participates and promotes growth incentives
- Perform daily inspections (DDVIR) of the truck, maintaining it in excellent working condition.
- Must be willing to be a significant member of the service team
- Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance
- Maintains compliance with all federal, state, DOT and company safety requirements
- This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hours
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Previous truck driving experience preferred
- Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage
- Physically able to lift 75 pounds and pull objects up to 125 pounds in all weather conditions
- Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:
- Class A or B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
