Founded in 2002, Operation Homefront is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to build strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive, not simply struggle to get by, in the communities they have worked so hard to protect. Operation Homefront is sourcing candidates for a Senior Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships position (remote).
The Senior Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of national corporate partners, ensuring each partnership delivers maximum value for both the organization and the partner in support of the OH’s nearly $6M annual corporate partnerships budget. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships, this role serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned high-value corporate accounts, leading stewardship, renewal, and growth efforts for multi-year partnerships. The Sr. Manager develops and executes annual account plans, coordinates with internal teams and chapters to fulfill contractual commitments and activations, ensures all activations are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment with partner expectations and oversees all efforts to steward each account with excellence.
Desired candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of corporate accounts valued at at least $1M.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal background check
- MVR – Motor Vehicle Report (annual)
- Microsoft Office 365
Primary job duties include:
- Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts with an eye for upgrades and growing account revenue.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of each assigned account from renewal to activation to stewardship and back to renewal, serving as the POC for each assigned account and ensuring all contractual obligations are met and each account experiences excellence with benefit delivery. Present impact reports, lead partner meetings and explore future initiatives.
- Track partnership activity in CRM, documenting relevant activity and notes all while monitoring key KPIs for the portfolio.
- Work cross-departmentally with marketing, IPR, regional and programs teams to deliver seamless activations.

Other Details:
General office and sedentary. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events as needed. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.

Salary range
- $80,000 - $90,000 per year
