Serves as T2COM Budget Guidance (TBG) Senior Analyst. Recommends distribution of funding and resources based on requirements. Collects and analyzes training requirements, provides cost analysis and recommendations on funding decisions within the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) framework. Utilizes quantitative analysis, modeling, and alternative solution techniques to support senior leaders in data-driven decision-making related to force structure, future planning, and resource optimization. Utilizes the suite of models and applications within the Army’s Training Resource Models Information System (TRMIS) and official programs of record to complete tasks as required.

Transformation and Training Command’s (T2COM) DCS G-8 Resource Management, Budget Directorate – Requirements Analysis Division (RAD) at JBLE – Ft. Eustis (Newport News), VA as part of the U.S. Army HQDA G-3 / DAMO-TR ATM contract ensuring the resources necessary to execute its transformation and training mission.

Required Qualifications

-Prior Military (Army preferred), or U.S. Government civilian service experience

-Active “Secret” security clearance

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: resource management, training, or logistics

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization

- Demonstrated expertise in applying strong analytical skills to evaluate data and inform decision-making

- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

-Working knowledge of one or more of the following systems or processes:

-Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process

-Military system of record: Training Resources Management Information System (TRMIS), Resource Management On-line, Training Development Capability (TDC), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), etc.

-ORSA experience

- Familiarity with:

- Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools / applications

- Financial modeling techniques

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

-Experience with Army Resource Management

Secret Clearance is required

·Experience in military training, resource management, and/or academic performance which demonstrates the aptitude to grasp and digest complex concept related to these disciplines.

- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with and effectively support executive leadership
