The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team is responsible for identifying, scoping, planning, and implementing transformational projects for Finance and Controllership. The team supports the delivery of large-scale projects that improve processes, provide efficiency, enhance the control environment, support business growth activities, and implement new technologies. The S&T team is part of the broader Strategic Enablement & Governance (SEG) Team empowering teams to achieve Organizational Excellence through industry leading Governance, Controls, and Innovation.The Senior Analyst role will be responsible for implementing and supporting Finance and Controllership initiatives by driving the delivery of key project outcomes, with a primary focus on transformational projects.Responsibilities:

  • Support comprehensive project management of initiatives from planning and mobilization through execution and delivery
  • Work extensively with stakeholders and business process owners to coordinate engagement and facilitate completion of project tasks
  • Contribute to project deliverables, program coordination, and assist with leadership presentations as needed
  • Provide frequent and timely communication to share status and raise risks to project team leads and various stakeholders
  • Consistently apply governance standards in order to determine which project management approach and tool(s) are appropriate for different project stages based on the scale and scope of the objective

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in project management and/or process improvement, with shown ability to handle multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, facilitation, and presentation writing skills
  • Strong relationship, leadership with a track record of positively collaborating, influencing and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Great teammate comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, within a cross-border/virtual team environment
  • Analytical competence and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance
  • BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
