How will you make an impact in this role?

The B2B Events & Experiences team leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact in-person experiences across the US and International markets. Our portfolio spans industry conferences, proprietary customer engagements, go-to-market activations, executive programs, and strategic gifting initiatives, all designed to deepen relationships, strengthen brand equity, and drive measurable business growth.

Reporting to the Director, US B2B Events & Experiences, the Sr. Analyst, US B2B Event Operations will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of US B2B event programs. This individual will lead operational excellence initiatives across control management, supplier governance, compliance, and Center of Excellence (COE) infrastructure to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with enterprise standards.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable processes that support high-performing marketing teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key operational processes to ensure US B2B event programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in accordance with enterprise risk standards.
  • Partner closely with Operational Excellence and Compliance teams to implement and manage process controls that mitigate brand, financial, and reputational risk.
  • Maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and audit-ready processes across the event portfolio
  • Lead third-party engagement processes, ensuring all suppliers and agencies are properly onboarded and compliant with enterprise requirements.
  • Manage ongoing supplier oversight, including annual reviews, documentation tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Manage and continuously evolve US B2B Events Center of Excellence resources, including the Experiential Toolkit supporting approximately 50+ customer events annually.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements that streamline execution and improve team efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the broader events team, proactively identifying risks and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, customer-facing marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of process management, governance, and risk mitigation in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Highly motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in real time.
  • Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and operate with the highest level of integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
