JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities to support the CorroHealth team. They will align with both internal and external customers on a daily basis in order to drive and support company objectives. This role is essential to ensure the consistent high standard of quality and service delivery of CorroHealth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison across departments to support operational processes and drive key objectives.
  • Manage complex operational tasks with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
  • Oversee EMR account access by initiating, tracking, and documenting requests, including regular 30-day access renewals and issue resolution.
  • Support new physician onboarding by coordinating access to hospital systems and ensuring timely system updates.
  • Monitor and manage shared inbox correspondence, delegating or collaborating on tasks as appropriate.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through strong team-building skills and collaborative leadership.
  • Take initiative and ownership of tasks while promoting input and shared decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support company growth, innovation, and operational success.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Prior IT systems technical support experience required, including troubleshooting, user assistance with access management.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Epic and Cerner required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required.
