How will you make an impact in this role?

Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.

The Sr. Manager - Amex Offers Pricing sits within the Amex Offers Digital Media organization on the Global Strategy and Transformation team. This individual will lead implementation of our Pricing governance structure and the Pricing go-to-market roadmap for our Amex Offers and Digital Ads Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the Amex Offers Digital Media Pricing Governance Structure, including approach to on-going reviews, custom contracts, and launch of new advertising services
  • Oversee Pricing Go-to-Market roadmap across Amex Offers and Digital Ads for both the initial launches and iterative expansions
  • Implement an Advertiser feedback review process to support development of new products and engagement tactics
  • Lead the multi-year vision and global expansion plan, including market prioritization and critical go-to-market requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to clearly advise on progress, roadblocks, and successfully drive project momentum
  • Strategic thinker who can develop a vision linked to organizational goals, and translate that vision into key actions
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in white space and ambiguity, comfortable with building something unproven
  • Ability to build relationships that efficiently identify and deliver on mutual goals
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
