
Senior Manager, Asset Management Investor Learning
Job Description:
The Role
The Senior Manager of Investor Learning joins a team of senior learning, business professionals in support of all Asset Management investment professionals (e.g., investment research analysts, traders, sector leads and portfolio managers). This role supports all asset classes focusing on designing, developing, and delivering the highest quality, innovative learning solutions. Primary bodies of work include on-boarding, targeted learning offerings aligned to multi-year plan initiatives, and ad hoc projects in support of evolving business needs. Associates speed to proficiency, breadth and depth of knowledge of the financial markets, understanding of asset management investment processes, and resource utilization are key performance indicators for the success of this role and team.
This position works closely with the Managing Directors of Research and Chief Investment Officers across Fidelity’s Asset Management division, as well as the Line HR partners within AMHR, to provide best in class, differentiated learning solutions. This role will report directly to the Director of Investor Learning, Asset Management Talent Development.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree: investment and/or finance related areas preferred
- Strong knowledge of and interest in the financial markets
- Strong understanding if the various asset classes and investment divisions across Asset Management
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships at all levels across a highly complex organizational structure
- Strong communication, relationship building, coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to successful navigate conflict, competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in leveraging technology solutions to solve problems

The Asset Management Talent Development team (AMTD) is part of the larger Asset Management Human Resources (AMHR) team. AMTD has three focus areas: role specific learning, talent practices and supporting inclusion efforts.
