Occasionally will travel off campus.ShiftMonday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm usually, occasionally requires more hours outside that period and on the weekends.Job SummaryThe Senior Manager of Equal Opportunity Case Management will report to the Executive Director/Title IX Coordinator and will provide leadership and operational oversight for the intake, triage, and assignment of reports involving discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and other protectedclass concerns. The role ensures timely, consistent, and compliant case intake processes; assigns cases based on staff expertise and workload; maintains accurate documentation; and serves as an escalation point for earlystage case management questions.
Working closely with the Executive Director, the Senior Manager supervises case management staff, offering daily guidance, supporting performance and development, and fostering a collaborative, engaged team environment. The position also facilitates the full caseresolution process, coordinating communications, logistics, and hearing preparation to ensure fair and efficient proceedings.
The Senior Manager contributes to campus education and prevention efforts by developing and delivering training and outreach related to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and accommodations. The role ensures proper management of case records and collaborates with campus partners to support compliance with Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, and related laws. Additionally, the Senior Manager participates in committees, engages in ongoing professional development, and supports departmental initiatives that advance Equal Opportunity’s mission.
