Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes. The U.S. Small Business and Middle Market segment is the largest GCS customer segment with strong growth momentum and remains a key area of investment and focus.
The Middle Market Demand Generation team sits within Managed Marketing & Prospect in GCS. The team is essential to the U.S. SME Sales & Marketing engine, warming and delivering high-intent leads to create new and expand existing customer relationships.

The Senior Manager, Corporate Program Paid Search will lead the team managing our Search strategy to drive Corporate Program prospect leads. This leader will build and execute against a roadmap that evolves the channel strategy alongside the evolving search landscape and deliver against ambitious growth plans.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Own the end to end Paid Search program for Corporate Card Program prospects, including strategy, roadmap, agency execution, and continuous optimization.
- Be directly accountable for agency performance and day to day excellence across planning, execution, QA, and readouts; set SLAs, feedback rhythms, and quality standards; push partners to raise the bar.
- Lead forecasting, monthly pacing, and budget stewardship; own reporting end to end (channel, campaign, keyword) and connect performance to lead and digital conversion data; build and evolve dashboards that guide prioritization and communicate results.
- Run structured experimentation agenda across keywords, creative, bidding, audiences, and landing experiences; socialize learnings and fold them into the roadmap.
- Partner with the Corporate Card Prospect Site team to align strategy, landing pages, and forms; influence testing to improve conversion and user experience.
- Collaborate with Organic Search partners to deliver a Total Search approach and readiness for evolving discovery surfaces, including AI overviews and zero click experiences.
- Pilot and scale approaches for emerging discovery contexts in AI enabled search; define hypotheses, measurement plans, and success criteria with analytics partners.
- Improve lead quality by partnering with Sales and Marketing on targeting, signals, and routing; coordinate with marketing operations and partners on trafficking, documentation, and review processes.
- Manage one Analyst/Sr. Analyst as a direct report who supports day to day operations and reporting; mentor, set goals, and develop capabilities that increase velocity and quality.
- Coordinate with adjacent teams to prevent cannibalization and auction collisions across campaigns and portfolios while protecting brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Bring an external perspective by monitoring marketplace and technology trends; challenge agencies and internal partners to adopt promising practices and retire low value efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing with 3+ years of Paid Search experience; B2B experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to own channel forecasts, pacing, and optimization in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Proven, methodical approach to experimentation and iterative improvement; comfort using reporting to drive decisions.
- Working knowledge of SEO & SEM and the evolving search landscape, including zero click experiences and AI assisted discovery.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across site partners, Creative Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
- Agency management experience, including writing briefs and delivering clear, actionable feedback.
- People leadership experience, including managing at least one direct report and cross functional workstreams.
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with enterprise analytics and workflow tools; ability to define requirements and interpret results.
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
