How will you make an impact in this role?
The Lending, Analytics, and Beyond the Card Products Team within U.S. Consumer Services manages a suite of lending and non-card products and features, including Pay Over Time, Plan It, the Credit Limit Program, My Credit Guide, Personal Loans, and Insurance. The team also leads pricing strategy development and drives data and analytics capabilities for the U.S. Consumer business. Our focus is on turning membership into a distinctive competitive advantage by deepening Card Member loyalty and increasing share of revenue wallet.
The Senior Manager, Credit Limit Strategy, will be responsible for accelerating premium lending growth by ensuring we meet evolving customer credit limit needs. This individual will drive cross-functional collaboration across Risk, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Card Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to scale the program responsibly and profitably, while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap and execution of the Credit Limit Program to drive sustainable lending growth across proprietary and co-brand portfolios.
- Identify and optimize opportunities in initial line assignment and line increase strategies leveraging data-driven insights.
- Lead day-to-day product management including business case development, test design, issue research, etc. to ensure seamless delivery of program initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to increase awareness and adoption of Credit Limit features across multiple channels.
- Monitor industry trends and evolving customer needs to inform ongoing strategy.
- Ensure operational discipline and control rigor across all initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding in lending economics and portfolio performance drivers.
- Track record of leveraging data and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Proven ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Recognized for a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a track record of delivering results in dynamic, complex environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
