
Senior Manager, Employee Relations
Job Description:
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources the Senior Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for developing and leveraging ER best practices and processes while focusing on the employee experience.

The Value you Deliver
- Providing HR expertise and guidance on complex ER cases and helping shape an ER strategy across our Ireland business.
- Provide consultation services, training and counsel to both managers and employees on a broad range of ER issues.
- Identifying and analyzing trends/themes along with recommendations for addressing.
- Partner closely with local and global ER teams to build effective relationships and partner closely with regional HR Business Partners and stakeholders.
- Navigating change management initiatives as we grow, evolve, and improve.
- Participating in projects as both lead and subject matter expert as needed.
- Setting a vision to leverage the full potential of case management systems.
- Supporting the organization as we continue to evolve and embed our frameworks and structures for a hybrid working model.
- Analysis of ER practice and policy in partnership with risk and compliance.
The Expertise we’re Looking for
- 8+ years HR Leadership experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is an advantage.
- Strong background in Employee Relations.

- Experience in customer focused role, managing stakeholder engagement to gain respect quickly, tell a story with data and influence the audience.
- Pragmatic and results oriented with experience driving execution of service within global organizations.
- Your communications skills are excellent, and you have a proven ability to work with teams located in multiple geographic locations, including the ability to engage business stakeholders.
- You understand the importance of handling highly confidential information and know when and how to escalate appropriately.
- Ability to express empathy for the employee while at the same time delivering hard/difficult messages that may be necessitated by case circumstances.
- Analytical thinking and your ability to problem solve are highly valued skills that you take pride in, with a comfort level for ambiguity.
- Ability to connect and integrate priorities to ensure aligned and scalable service delivery.
- A hands-on work style: with a dynamic ‘can do’ attitude and a strong desire to make things happen.
