
Senior Manager, Learning Solution Product Management
Job Description:
The Role
The Learning Solution Product Manager manages the maintenance, health, and when appropriate, re-design of identified, marquee, evergreen program solutions for the FI and FBOT Learning Team. The Learning Solution Product Manager owns the health and maintenance of solution lifecycle management including continuous, periodic evaluation and analysis of identified learning program solutions. Evaluation and analysis must be holistic and integrated, accounting for all elements of the learning solutions from end-to-end. Following analysis, learning solution programs are re-designed, revised, and improved.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in end-to-end learning solution design, distribution, and management (or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience)
Demonstrated expertise in modern learning measurement theory, approaches, and strategies
8+ years’ experience consulting and conducting business needs analysis and developing and aligning learning solutions to strategic business needs
Experience leading the planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of learning solutions end-to-end throughout project lifecycle.
Experience collaborating with and managing multiple, cross-functional stakeholders in a large matrix organization.
Ability to act as strategic thought partner to senior leaders and peers.
Ability to influence and lead without positional authority
Ability to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, make decisions, manage risk, and summarize critical, complex information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to gather, summarize and present data to inform proposals and decisions.
The work you deliver will be aligned as follows:
Learning Solution Strategic Analysis and Revision – End-to-End Consulting, Design, Development, and Implementation
Consulting and Analysis
Partners with leaders to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders including executive sponsors, HR business partners, and learning colleagues to develop and implement complex, end-to-end learning solution program strategies.
Consults with stakeholders to define audience and desired business outcomes and impacts of learning solutions
Develops learning solution program objectives aligned to business objectives.
Develops learning objectives aligned to meet program and business objectives.
Analyze existing learning solutions using modern adult learning theory/principles, existing program data and analytics, and evolving/emerging business unit needs.
Design/Develop
Owns and leads end-to-end design of complex learning solutions including content development, learning experience and reinforcement, solution distribution, data analytics and visualization.
Collaborates with learning team and other resources to create solution design.
Leads and/or owns the development of end-to-end learning solutions in alignment with analysis, design, and implementation.
Implement
Makes strategic recommendations that balance impacts to learners/learning experience and learning team (resource impacts, operational overhead, etc.)
Makes strategic recommendations for program development, impact, sustainment and/or transition, and sunsetting
Partners to create and manage learning solution distribution approach that aligns with business objectives and desired learning experience.
Ensures implementation strategy enables the gathering of learning analytics to support the learning measurement approach.
Learning Solutions Lifecycle Planning and Management
Recommends periodic review process and establishes review cadence for identified learning solution products; leads review and analysis of learning solution products on identified cadence.
Recognizes off-cycle review triggers (organizational changes, leader changes, etc.) and makes strategic recommendations for content update and re-design to meet evolving needs.
Leads and strategically manages the prioritization of learning solution delivery components; makes strategic prioritization recommendations for learning solution product support against larger FI and FBOT Learning team portfolio.
Manages project and product delivery timelines, identifies risk, creates and manages program/project documentation.
Represents solution plans and design to a variety of stakeholders.
Provides routine status updates to leaders and stakeholders; leads the delivery of periodic activity and impact report-outs to learning leaders, business partners, HR partners and so on, tailoring message to intended audience.
Learning Solution Impact Measurement and Insights
Applies adult learning principles and theories to analyze, design, and deliver impactful learning solutions.
Clearly articulates learning solution alignment to business needs. Define business needs and outcomes; align learning solutions analytics and insights to demonstrate learning solution program value

The base salary range for this position is $79,000-$128,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
