Job Description

The Commercial Lending & Product Analytics organization supports this objective by developing compelling products, services and customer engagement strategies to meet small business owners’ funding needs.
How will you make an impact in this role? The incumbent will be part of the SBS Card Pricing team within the Commercial Lending & Product Analytics organization. This role is focused on delivering data-driven pricing insights that inform strategy and drive business outcomes across the Small Business Services (SBS) card portfolio.
The individual will lead core pricing analytics, including segmentation, KPI development, and strategic analysis to identify opportunities and optimize pricing decisions. A key component of the role is building and maintaining a structured competitive intelligence framework to track market dynamics, competitor pricing, fee structures, and product innovations.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to solve complex and unstructured problems, and the capability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Testing, and broader SBS Product teams.
This position reports to the Director, SBS Pricing.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly pricing MIS reporting, leveraging Tableau/Power BI and SQL/SAS to deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership and partners
- Develop and maintain pricing KPIs and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance and inform decision-making
- Identify pricing optimization opportunities through segmentation, trend analysis, and deep dives into customer and product performance
- Generate strategic recommendations to enhance pricing positioning, profitability, and competitiveness
- Build and manage a competitive intelligence framework, tracking market trends, competitor actions, fee structures, and product innovations
- Translate complex analyses into clear business narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Pricing, Risk, Finance, and Product teams to design and implement pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Consumer Pricing teams to evaluate and adapt relevant initiatives for SBS
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in analytics, pricing, or data-driven strategy roles
Strong data manipulation and analysis skills using SQL (experience with Python is a plus)
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems with structured, analytical approaches
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic, financial, and customer considerations
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Salary range
- $103,750 - $174,750 per year
