SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Talent Development Program is responsible for ensuring the successful design and implementation of leadership development and employee experience programs within their assigned portfolio. They will work in close partnership with the Learning & Development Leadership Team to create impactful programs that address business challenges such as improving team member retention, accelerating next role readiness, and providing enhanced learning opportunities. In addition to design and implementation, they will be responsible for ensuring that program offerings remain relevant and continue to address business needs, proposing updates and revisions as necessary.

This position requires a strong program management mindset, exceptional organizational and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for delivering excellence, creating belonging, and ensuring we are meeting the evolving needs of the business with our programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

Program Management & Execution

  • Oversee the implementation of all programs within their portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress, dependencies, and deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central liaison between cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and maintain program momentum.
  • Coordinate communications and deliverables between internal stakeholders and external vendors or partners.

Quality, Measurement, and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all programs are executed with excellence and continuously optimized for quality, efficiency, and impact.
  • Partner with the Senior Director to define success metrics, collect feedback, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and inform future improvements.
  • Conduct regular program reviews, retrospectives, and operational audits to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Communications & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver clear communication plans to stakeholders and participants to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Support change management efforts by ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped for successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Partner with internal communications to drive awareness and visibility of programs across the organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, templates, and standard operating procedures to support scalability and consistency.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Learning Facilitation

  • Serve as a lead facilitator for leadership development programs as needed
