The Senior Manager, T&I Performance & Operations Enablement will lead strategic planning, operational execution, and process optimization across the Inclusion & Culture portfolio, with a strong focus on enabling and advancing People & Business Resource Groups (PBRGs). This role will oversee governance, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives are aligned with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities include operational management of inclusion-focused activations, budget and vendor coordination, communications routines, and special projects. By applying disciplined planning and execution, this role will optimize processes and programs to ensure they are scalable and repeatable.
Position Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Maintain a unified view of Talent & Inclusion initiatives to support prioritization, resource allocation, and impact measurement—while actively partnering across the operations ecosystem to drive enterprise-wide alignment and execution
- Work with the Inclusion & Culture (I&C) leadership team to drive cross-PBRG collaboration across key stakeholders (Talent, Population Health, Responsible Sourcing, and Sustainability & Social Impact teams) to ensure PBRG activities are integrated and strategically leveraged
- Support the Inclusion & Culture leadership team in setting agendas, managing issues and risks, tracking decisions, and ensuring outcomes are clearly defined and followed through
- Ensure the I&C leadership team is prepared for key presentations, meetings, and budget submissions according to established timelines
Governance & Operational Infrastructure
- Develop and lead the governance and operational infrastructure for PBRGs, ensuring alignment with enterprise and People organization priorities.
- Establish and manage processes for consistent oversight, prioritization, and evaluation of PBRG activities to drive strategic impact.
- Maintain centralized tools and documentation, including dashboards and trackers, to support initiative monitoring, meeting outcomes, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement processes, including contract negotiations, in close collaboration with the Inclusion & Culture leadership team.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for PBRG performance measurement and insights, including development of dashboards, storytelling of impact, and reporting of success metrics
Communications & Thought Leadership Process
- Serve as operational lead for communications routines in partnership with Corporate Affairs, ensuring Inclusion messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across enterprise channels (e.g., PBRG communications)
- Develop and execute a governance framework for thought leadership participation on I&C topics both internally and externally, in collaboration with Corporate Affairs
Program & Project Execution
- Support program management, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans that reinforce accountability, visibility, and impact of inclusion efforts
- Lead special projects across the Inclusion & Culture portfolio. May serve as a formalized project manager for more complex projects
Degree/Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business operations required; global equivalent and/or relevant experience as applicable
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working in similar environment and/or program management role
- Good working knowledge of general HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Certifications or equivalent achievement(s) in project management, change management, human resources, lean six sigma and process improvement preferred

- Proficient oral/written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate and coordinate large working groups
- Organizational skills with strong presentation and communication abilities
- Strong relationship-building, influence, and organizational engagement skills.
- Firm understanding of data & analytics, process, and technical environments
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and respond to changing business demands
- Ability to scale between global and enterprise-level focus to functional and/ or regional mindset
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills (Intermediate)

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $145,270 - $176,027 
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
