We are seeking a Senior Developer with deep experience in SharePoint (2016/2019/Subscription Edition/Online) and the Power Platform to support application development, system migrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment to build custom solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and JavaScript frameworks, while also integrating with external systems and delivering enterprise reports. Responsibilities include:

  • Migrate SharePoint 2016 solutions to SharePoint 2019/Subscription Edition.
  • Design and enhance custom applications using SharePoint, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs and C#.
  • Build dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
  • Participate in Agile sprints to deliver prioritized features and bug fixes.
  • Follow best practices for full software development lifecycle and documentation.

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of IT experience with a strong background in custom application development on Microsoft technologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in SharePoint and the Power Platform suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, development, customization, and migration strategies.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Experience developing responsive interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Demonstrated success integrating SharePoint/Power Apps solutions with external systems using C#, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing environments.
  • Working knowledge of Agile software delivery practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements.


Desirable Skills
  • Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint, Power Apps, or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working with federal government customers and understanding of security/compliance considerations.
  • Active Federal Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.

Salary range

  • $115,000 - $145,000
