About the Role

The Resy team is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our emerging ads platform. In this role, you’ll define how advertising and promotional experiences come to life in Resy consumer experiences, unlocking new ways for restaurants to reach diners while driving measurable impact across the American Express ecosystem. You'll develop the strategy and roadmap for how we integrate third party ad technologies and Amex systems to deliver data-driven, high-impact audience targeting. Your focus will be on how to responsibly leverage data between Amex and Resy to power effective, relevant campaigns that strengthen restaurant demand, while maintaining the highest standards of privacy, compliance, and hospitality.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership with engineering, marketing, partner success, other product teams across the Enterprise, and senior leadership. You'll balance technical depth with product intuition, ensuring that every advertising surface feels intentional, performant, and aligned with Global Dining strategy.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with demonstrated success in ad tech, media, or monetization platform integrations · Collaborative, strategic, and empathetic toward both restaurant partners and diner experiences
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem including targeting, measurement, and attribution models
  • Experience integrating with third party ad systems and enterprise media or data platforms, ideally within a global organization
  • Skilled at leveraging first-party and enterprise data to deliver high-impact, audience-based experiences that drive measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to take new, undefined product areas from concept to launch
  • Strong grasp of consumer engagement and content interaction, with a focus on designing native ad experiences
  • Comfortable working in compliance-heavy environments, especially around data usage and communications preferences
  • Passionate about hospitality technology and ad experiences that enhance, not interrupt, the dining journey

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in technical or platform product management in a multi-sided marketplace
  • Familiarity with ad serving, audience segmentation, and campaign management tools
  • Experience defining measurement frameworks and interpreting performance analytics
