Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Agentic Innovation & Partnerships team within GCS leads strategy and execution for agentic products—developing intelligent, adaptive systems that transform how our customers interact, transact, and grow.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Innovation, you will define the “why” and the “what” for next-generation agentic AI products. You’ll translate business strategy and customer insights into a clear product vision, roadmap, and success metrics—driving value across our agentic ecosystem. You will collaborate with product development, engineering, design, data science, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver solutions that are safe, scalable, and transformative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Vision & Strategy: Shape the product vision and define the “North Star” for agentic AI capabilities within GCS. Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy and business OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Drive Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain the Agentic Product roadmap, balancing innovation, business value, and risk. Lead prioritization across initiatives using measurable value and impact metrics.
  • Champion Customer Value: Translate complex customer and business problems into agent use cases. Partner with UX and AI teams to design end-to-end experiences that enhance decision-making, productivity, customer value and satisfaction.
  • Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Define and track key performance indicators (adoption, efficiency gains, cost savings, satisfaction, product velocity). Communicate outcomes and learnings to senior leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary business interface for the Agentic Innovation team—collaborating with stakeholders across GCS Product, Engineering, and Partner teams to deliver cohesive, compliant solutions.
  • Governance Alignment: Partner with Product Development and Governance teams to ensure delivery adheres to risk, model validation, and compliance frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, fintech, or digital platforms.
  • Proven track record in defining and launching innovative, customer-centric products.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to connect business goals to technology outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI-driven product ecosystems or conversational/agentic platforms.
  • Background in enterprise payments, B2B commerce, or digital innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
