Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our Data Controls Implementation initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing complex project plan deliverables, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful execution of team goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, executive-ready, and highly proficient in Airtable for program tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end Data Controls Implementation project plan, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed on time.
- Develop and maintain detailed program trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms (primarily in Airtable).
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders including Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Monitor progress against goals and hold teams accountable for commitments.
Executive Reporting & Communication
- Develop clear, concise, and visually compelling executive-level presentation materials (e.g., steering committee decks, status updates, risk summaries).
- Translate complex data control and technical topics into business-relevant insights.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and key decisions required.
- Facilitate executive forums, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Goals & Delivery Management
- Drive execution of team goals and strategic initiatives tied to Data Controls implementation.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure program success.
- Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Foster accountability and transparency across workstreams.
Airtable Ownership
- Serve as the primary owner and power user of Airtable for program tracking.
- Design and optimize Airtable bases, views, automations, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and usability across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably within Data, Risk, Controls, or Regulatory initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable (required).
- Strong executive presentation development skills (PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts for senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
