Our team designs facilities for clients in the Corporate, Healthcare, Science and Technology industry. By working with our clients and listening to their needs, we gather a deep understanding of their desired outcomes, practicing creativity and innovation along the way. We’re seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven Architect to help expand our presence in the Jacksonville or Miami market while playing a key leadership role within our growing Buildings team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help influence the future of our practice locally and beyond.

What You’ll Do- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including architects, interior designers, and building engineers from concept through delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping strengthen RS&H’s presence across the Jacksonville region
- Drive project success through innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality design solutions
- Mentor and develop emerging professionals while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Partner with leadership on business development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives
- Champion BIM and design technologies to elevate both presentation and production quality
- Oversee project planning, design studies, specifications, documentation, and quality control reviews
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers on staffing, workload planning, and project budgets
- Participate in construction phase services including field observations and coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited university
- Licensed Architect (required)
- 10+ years of architectural design and project leadership experience
- Strong background in Corporate, Healthcare, and/or Science & Technology markets
- Proven ability to build client relationships and support business development efforts
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
