Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do

As a Senior Regional Human Resource Manager, you serve as a strategic HR partner for field leadership by supporting multiple markets and strengthening the Family Member experience across the region. You’ll Make a Difference by leading HR strategy execution, improving workplace relationships, and guiding leaders through complex HR matters. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities

As a Senior Regional Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Serving as a strategic HR partner to field leadership, strengthening relationships, and ensuring consistent HR support across assigned region.
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR trends, recommending solutions, and driving workplace improvements.
  • Supporting and communicating HR initiatives (benefits, compensation, bonus packages, engagement surveys, etc.) that drive culture and performance.
  • Ensuring the physical and psychological safety, security, and well-being of our Family Members throughout the assigned region.
  • Overseeing the talent needs of the region which include: internal talent identification and development, external talent acquisition, onboarding, bench planning and selection, and performance improvement plan guidance.
  • Strategically partnering with regional operations leadership to guide them through performance management, coaching conversations, corrective action steps, documentation, and general HR compliance.
  • Assisting the Enterprise Investigations team on employee relations matters and investigations in the assigned region.
  • Handling HR concerns and conflict resolution on policy interpretation and execution.
  • Collaborating with Home Office COEs, Operations, and Support teams to ensure aligned communication and consistent HR practices.
  • Supporting communication of HR “hot topics” and focus areas.

What You Bring to the Table — Must-Have Experience

As a Senior Regional Human Resource Manager, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional HR leadership experience.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality industries.
  • Strong background in employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and support leaders at multiple levels.
  • Proven capability in managing multiple priorities, exercising sound judgment, and navigating complex HR issues.
  • Proficiency in HCM Systems (Workday preferred), MS Office Suite, and organizational reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Where & How You’ll Work

This is a field‑based Senior Manager role supporting multiple markets. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Support System teams, traveling as needed to restaurants, meetings, and market locations. You’ll navigate a dynamic environment with changing priorities, manage sensitive HR matters with discretion, maintain dependable availability, and support leaders across a broad geographic region. Some evenings, weekends, and extended hours may be required to meet business needs.
