
Senior Representative, Transaction Processing
Job Description:
The Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced office environment. Join us in Inbound Operations where you will be part of a business unit supporting a broad range of activities such as retrieval of historical customer data and paper/electronic correspondence for customer requests. The team provides transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. We support Fidelity’s growth with high quality, efficient and innovative service solutions through hardworking associates and processing expertise.
You will work with Internal Business partners to provide electronic or physical documentation to support outgoing correspondence and customer research needs. The role also supports management and retrieval of archived documents for the firm. Your role impacts several internal and external business partners as well as customers and clients of Fidelity Investments. This role is key to the success of our end-to-end process.
The Value You Deliver
Complete correspondence processing requests by printing, retrieving, updating, reviewing and mailing of letters, forms, image copies and/or original documents to enable completion of applicable customer transactions.
Complete extensive research to locate and respond to historical customer document retrieval requests using various mainframe systems, databases, and other storage mediums, to efficiently and accurately process business partner requests.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of transaction processing experience within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment.
Work experience in a risk-controlled environment.
You have excellent communication skills
