
Senior Representative, Transaction Processing
Job Description:
The Role
Extracting and preparing documents for scanning through the operation of automated mail extraction equipment or manually removing envelope contents and following specific business partner rules for scan preparation, In Good Order (IGO) / Not In Good Order (NIGO) review and signature guarantee validation, creating batch cover sheets for scanning. This processing facilitates Fidelity’s ability to process incoming customer requests within legal and regulatory constraints.
Image customer correspondence by orienting pages, scanning documents, and validating the application of an accurate, legible scan line, then following business rules to pull and forward originals, creating files and using them to archive documents.
Performing form recognition and data capture on forms, documents, and checks presented via electronic image.
Perform document identification, classification, and in-good-order (IGO)/not-in-good order (NIGO) review of customer supplied transactions by leveraging discrete, complex, and dynamic business partner specific rules designed to initiate and facilitate document routing by priority, transaction type and workflow processing queues.
Conduct customer related research utilizing Fidelity mainframes and/or data bases to locate, analyze and supply data elements required for transaction routing, indexing and image retrieval purposes.
Identify and assist with workflow enhancements by participating in business process improvement (BPI) teams, offering improvement recommendations/ideas, and supporting change in order drive process efficiencies.

Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm

The Team
As a member of the Customer Transaction Center group, you will be joining a multi-faceted team responsible for processing customer transactions through various input channels such as physical mail delivery, central scan, remote scan, and electronic. The efficient and accurate processing of this work could involve manual opening and scanning of mail, performing form recognition and data capture on items presented via electronic image, or identifying specific customer and transaction data required to initiate and facilitate document routing for downstream processing. The team supports all Fidelity business units with a goal of meeting established internal service delivery, productivity, and quality benchmarks.
