Senior SharePoint / Power Platform Developer

The SharePoint / Power Platform Developer will work with the project team and customer to develop functionality combining OOTB SharePoint Online Capabilities and workflow automations in support of the organizations Records Management group.

Job responsibilities include the following:

• Develop technical solutions for SharePoint Online solutions using customization and configuration techniques, including use of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Work with customers and the development team in design, administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online-based business solutions.
• Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, Records Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management.
• Design and develop Power Platform solutions that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as CSOM, JavaScript, OAuth, and OData.
• Develop solutions that comply with SharePoint Online development best practices

The projected compensation range for this position is $120K - $140K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

• At least 8 years of IT systems development experience, with primary focus on SharePoint based solutions
• Hands-on experience designing SharePoint Online solutions to meet customer requirements
• In depth understanding of the capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Office 365/SharePoint Online
• Experience developing apps for SharePoint client object model, JavaScript object model, and REST endpoints in SharePoint Online
• Thorough knowledge of SharePoint Online features for collaboration and business process automation
• Solid understanding of SharePoint administration
• Experience designing solutions based on Microsoft Office suite of products
• Must be a US Citizen

• Active federal government public trust clearance
