ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Specialist, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of managing paid search and Performance Max campaigns with budgets exceeding $200K per month. Candidates should have a solid foundation and knowledge base of both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the US.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, execute, and manage paid search and Performance Max campaigns, optimizing towards performance goals such as CPL, sales, or LTV
- Follow department media buying and quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns run accurately
- Steward clients’ budgets through meticulous management of daily or lifetime spending and monthly, quarterly, or annual pacing
- Identify, deliver, and present weekly reporting insights to drive campaign optimization recommendations that may improve performance
- Meet internal and external deadlines for assigned tasks
- Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests in a timely manner
- Project estimated campaign performance results based on client budgets and benchmark costs and rates
- Ensure new platform features, updates, and beta opportunities are considered and potentially implemented to clients’ campaigns
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2+ years of paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Ads with 1+ years of agency experience
- Experienced in managing monthly budgets exceeding $200K
- Thrives off improving paid search media campaign performance and the opportunity to drive growth for clients
- Uses platform data to develop insights as to what may be impacting campaign performance, leading to ongoing proactive campaign recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills to both external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and data analysis to ensure campaigns run accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability prioritize time and workload efficiently
- Team player who is willing to help others whenever needed
- Responsive to constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth
BONUS POINTS
- Experience managing other campaign types within Google or Microsoft Ads, including Demand Gen, YouTube/video, display, or app
- History of collaborating with other paid media channels or SEO teams
- Experience with SEMrush for competitive insights
- Certifications from Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
- Campaign management experience in Search Ads 360
- Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: USD $65,000.00 to $75,000.00; depending on experience and skills
- Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
