We have a fantastic open role for an Audio/Visual Service Delivery Engineer, who will support our deployment of world class experiences for colleagues & engineering teams globally. This role will have access to innovative tools, engage with a progressive team, whilst working in a fast-faced environment where thinking outside of the box is championed.
Role Summary
Audio/Visual Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment including set up, install, inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensures that all confirmed audio-visual requests are set up, tested, ready for use prior to all meetings.
Ensures all rooms and cables are neatly tucked away to avoid any tripping hazards and to ensure the overall meeting room aesthetic are up to standard.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates leadership and customer service that reflects a warm, friendly, professional greeting to all colleagues and visitors
- Learns everything there is to know about the in-house AV equipment to provide excellent customer service and troubleshooting
- Provides technical support for Audio, Visual, and Event lighting equipment
- Responsible for ticket management and providing detailed reports
- Provides detailed follow up with the customer and leadership on open issues
- Set up all the equipment, troubleshooting and aiding make sure everything is satisfactory for the clients
- Ability to work in a time sensitive, stressful environment to effectively troubleshoot and communicate with the Customer
- Foundational knowledge of Crestron AV, Cisco WebEx, Cisco IP based Desk Phone support, AMX/Brightsign systems
- Infrastructure cabling and connectivity troubleshooting
- HDMI, DP, XLR, USB, Cat-6
- Route presentation material to in room displays with a Crestron touch screen router
- Install, maintain, and operate video teleconferencing equipment and software
- Provide daily customer connectivity troubleshooting, assistance with PC base challenges
- Live event support
- Monitor physical surroundings in assign area prior to and throughout event for safety, cleanliness, and functionality
- Enterprise level troubleshooting
- Site walkthroughs multiple times daily
- Works directly with customers to meet specific requirements for events and events planning
- Additional tasks assigned as required
Education
- Associates of Arts & Science – Audio Production/Engineering with emphasis on Sound Design

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
