Shift

40 hours per week; Service Desk is a 24/7 operation and shifts may change depending on departmental needs.



Job Summary

UK HealthCare Information Technology Services is seeking Service Desk Analyst to provide tier 1 support of all ITS incidents and requests for UK Healthcare. This position will provide end user application support, support customer resolution, as well as deploy or install end user applications. The successful candidate will establish strong credibility & collaboration with our physicians, customers, department leadership, affiliated organizations, and all I.T. staff members. UK Healthcare is a highly matrixed organization which requires excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion and influencing skills, ability to participate in large multi-disciplinary teams with significant amount of varied work assignments. HDI Support Center Analyst certifications are required within one year of hire date.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and troubleshooting experience on various computing devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, etc.
