Full Time
The Service Booker is responsible for obtaining service sales quota, ensuring repairs are complete, closing repair orders, and carrying out additional assignments as set forth by their Manager.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Close repair orders when repairs are complete
  • Resolve and process all claims corrections and charge-backs daily
  • Maintain technician payroll throughout the week and submit in accordance with payroll processes
  • Assist service consultants with closing open warranty repair orders
  • Assist service consultants and technicians with warranty or TLC questions
  • Assist management with special projects, audits, reports, etc., as requested


What are the requirements for this job?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
  • Knowledge of automotive parts
  • Two years of experience in an office position
