Job Summary:

The Level 1 Technician maintains and monitors NetPlanner’s tech inventory, proactively ensures systems function within parameters, and provides customer support with timely, courteous responses to promote satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates problems using documented procedures and tools
  • Communicates problem status to customers/management
  • Escalates unresolved issues, collaborating with project managers or vendors
  • Identifies recurring issues and suggests improvements
  • Documents resolution techniques and performs basic system administration
  • Maintains tech inventory and delivers professional customer service
  • Essential Job Functions and Tasks:
  • Stand for up to 8 hours, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance over 50 lbs)
  • Reach overhead, read technical docs, and use tools with good hand-eye coordination
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic accounting knowledge

Safety Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety rules, use equipment properly, report unsafe conditions, and confirm safe procedures with supervisors

Additional Requirements:

  • Adhere to company policies and performance standards

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to Level 2 or 3 Technician, collaborates with Operations, Sales, and vendors

Educational/Experience Requirements:
