We're excited to share a new opportunity for an embedded clinician role to provide fantastic support to Father Bill’s clients and staff! This position is designed to offer individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis evaluations right on-site. You'll conduct crisis evaluations and deliver both individual and group counseling services, ensuring that referrals are directed to the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) for the right level of care, whether that’s outpatient services, medication management, Mobile Crisis Intervention, or Community Crisis Stabilization.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll be working closely with both internal and external support teams. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to provide educational training to Father Bill’s staff on important mental health topics, resources available through the CBHC, and other relevant subjects. Your role will also involve coaching staff on crisis response procedures during off-hours and acting as a liaison between Father Bill’s staff and the CBHC to help divert clients from the emergency department to the CBHC for crisis evaluations.
Requirements:
- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- LICSW or LMHC certification is highly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in acute mental health care, individual and/or group counseling, homelessness, or related fields
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-system team of providers
- Exceptional skills in working with staff to address issues promptly
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations are preferred
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary range
