As a Oracle HCM Functional Engineer supporting Colleague Experience Technology Services, you will develop solutions on the Oracle Cloud platform that includes the Talent, Learn and Recruiting modules by leveraging best-in-class vendor products and services to support the needs for our stakeholders coming from different domains of Colleague Experience Group. If you love building and configuring analytical solutions in an enterprise environment, engineering interfaces between systems, maintaining external career website, information security, and leveraging the latest technologies, we’ll support you with an open environment and learning culture to grow your career. You will also have a sharp eye when it comes to Information Security and Platform Health to ensure all our products and services are secure and compliant within the ever-changing security landscape.

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation expert, you will be working with the Operations/End user teams on requirement definition, process improvement, process fitment of best practices to the product and documentation of configurations and technical requirements.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least two end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Compensation and possess deep functional knowledge of compensation processes, configuration, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional design documents.
  • Configure and implement:
  • Workforce Compensation
  • Individual Compensation
  • Salary Basis and Salary Structures
  • Compensation Plans (Merit, Bonus, Stock, etc.)
  • Budgets and Eligibility Profiles
  • Grade and Step Progression
  • Design and support compensation cycles including testing, validation, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports (OTBI/BIP), and data conversions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Compensation and Core HR modules.
  • Provide guidance on compensation best practices and process optimization.
  • Support UAT, prepare training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
  • Successfully completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Compensation.
  • Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Workforce Compensation
  • Individual Compensation
  • Salary Management
  • Compensation Plans and Budgets
  • Good understanding of Oracle Core HR (Work Structures, Grades, Jobs, Positions, Person Management).
  • Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting related to Compensation.
  • Experience with data migration (HDL/HSDL) is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to additional Oracle HCM modules (Benefits, Talent Management, Absence, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in global compensation environments.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Compensation is preferred.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
