SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Software Quality Assurance Analyst I.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking an entry level Software Quality AssuranceAnalyst I with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance out of its mainlocation in Middletown, RI. The selectedcandidate will contribute to the design and implementation of manual andautomated software testing solutions that support mission-criticalapplications.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, modifying, and executing test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
- Verifying and validating bug resolutions.
- Interfacing with Management, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers to generate thorough investigations and solutions to problems.
- Is self-motivated to explore software testing solutions and can communicate them with the team.Foster a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, ComputerScience, or equivalent engineering/technical degree with a concentration incomputer science courses.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Candidate should be familiar with Windows and Linux,
- Experience with Java, Python, and Linux Shell scripting.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Able to collaborate with others while being able to handle independent tasking.
- Knowledge of container technologies and Kubernetes preferred.
- Experience with automated functional testing tools such Squish, Robot Framework, or Selenium is a plus.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
