SUMMARY:
The Sr. Corporate Recruiter serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment and proactive talent strategies that support DHL eCommerce growth and organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Partnership
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and advise on hiring needs, talent strategy, and market insights.
- Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements and define sourcing approaches.
- Coach leaders on interviewing, selection, and compliance.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for intermediate to senior and complex roles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates, present qualified shortlists with recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and manage offer development and delivery.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with DHL eCommerce brand.
- Guide hiring managers on communication, feedback, and timely decision-making.
- Manage internal candidates and support leaders in providing constructive feedback.
- Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate ATS data for reporting and analytics.
- Identify process efficiencies and contribute to TA projects and improvements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including corporate recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, interviewing methods, and employment law.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data-informed approach to advising and decision-making.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting.
