Position Summary

Drives financial planning, reporting, and analysis, providing strategic insights and collaborating across teams to strengthen performance and support effective decision‑making.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end managerial close activities, including accruals and manual adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting by collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the development of executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that highlight company performance and strategic trends.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning to inform business decisions across departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, aligning financial planning with operational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance financial models and processes to enable more efficient and insightful reporting.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to business teams, supporting financial literacy and helping leaders interpret performance metrics and drivers.
  • Gather, research, and synthesize complex information to support analysis, workflow improvements, and process redesign.
  • Identify issues and develop data-backed solutions through structured problem-solving and cross-functional partnership.

Key Relationships

Internal: FP&A, Accounting, Sales &Operations

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Industry experience in a similar operational environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of P&L structure, key performance drivers, and financial planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, data modelling, and/or database concepts.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; strong working knowledge of SAP is highly desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is a base salary of $67,900 - $95,500 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
