1. Competentto perform all programming, project management, and development assignmentswithout close supervision.
2. Worksdirectly on complex application/technical problem identification andresolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls
3. Worksindependently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be usedby one or more applications or systems.

5. Mentorand assist software engineers, providing technical assistance and direction asneeded
6. Maintainshigh standards of software quality within the team by establishing goodpractices and habits
7.Proactively reaches out for help when stuck on an issue after doing reasonableindependent research

EducationRequirements: Bachelor’s degree is required
TechnicalSkills Solid Java development experience required.
Cloudexperience is preferred (AWS).
