Job Summary
The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration invites applications for a Senior Manager of Academic Operations and Enrollment to support graduate enrollment and academic operations in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
This role leads graduate recruitment processes for programs in the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration and the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce. In addition, the Senior Manager oversees key academic operations for the Martin School, helping ensure a seamless experience from prospective student engagement through matriculation.
The Senior Manager works closely with faculty leadership and university partners to align enrollment strategy, communications, and processes, with a focus on improving recruitment effectiveness and student yield. The position also serves as a primary point of contact for coordination with the University of Kentucky’s Office of Student Success on enrollment strategy, communications, and yield‑related efforts across both graduate and undergraduate programs.
This is a high‑impact role for a candidate interested in strengthening enrollment outcomes, improving administrative processes, and supporting nationally recognized graduate programs in a dynamic, team‑oriented setting.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience in academic operations, student advising, graduate enrollment management, recruitment, student services, or academic administration within higher education.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, students, and centralized administrative units.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
