Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Processing Ownership (GPO), IT, and other business areas) to effectively coordinate and prioritize service delivery activities for key technologies (e.g., ServiceNow). Ensure alignment with business objectives, facilitate resource allocation, and foster collaboration to drive operational efficiency and successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Business Process Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine business processes, driving the adoption of automation and integration solutions.
  • Develop and Manage Business Requirements: Develop and manage comprehensive documentation of business requirements and workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and knowledge transfer.
  • Technology Implementation Support: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions within platforms such as ServiceNow and other technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster open communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the service delivery lifecycle to ensure expectations are met.
  • Testing and Validation Coordination: Collaborate with relevant teams to support user acceptance testing and validation efforts, ensuring delivered solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in business solutions, tools, integrations, analytics, and artificial intelligence, and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations based on data analysis and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Technology, or Business Administration (focusing on Information Systems), or a related field.
  • +5 years’ experience in leadership, overseeing teams in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience in agile environments, with strong organizational skills to manage schedules and development activities while bridging teams and facilitating communication.
  • ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and experience with ServiceNow Demand is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Service Now, AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with low code, no code, and Workday solutions.
  • Experience with data integration platforms and technologies such as API integrations, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
