Job Description
STARZ is looking for a detail-oriented Content and Digital Assets intern interested in helping to keep creative assets organized and preserved and playing a key role in maintaining the company’s creative legacy.The Photo Operations Team manages the intake, cataloging, storage, and distribution of digital source and marketing static assets used across multiple media channels, platforms, and partner services. In this role, the intern will help support the systems and standards that keep creative content organized, preserved, and easy to find, while gaining hands-on experience working with STARZ’s internal library of both current and historical creative assets. The internship focuses on structuring, organizing, and maintaining static assets and design files, as well as supporting the development of archiving and retention standards. There are also opportunities to gain exposure to additional media types and workflows. The ideal candidate is passionate about how creative work is made, organized, and preserved
Responsibilities
- Assist in curating, organizing and maintaining static assets and print/digital design files.
- Support the development of archiving, naming, metadata and retention standards.
- Identify and classify types of creative content such as working files and imagery.
- Audit existing content and assist in defining internal standards to support digital asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with creative, operational and technical teams to understand tools and workflows.
- Document best practices that support long-term archiving and retention processes.
Skills
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Applications (Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with digital asset management systems or creative operations tools.
- An understanding of best practices for managing digital and creative assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Comfort working with a variety of creative formats (design, images, video).
- Familiarity with metadata, taxonomies and controlled vocabularies.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
Compensation Data
The pay rate for this internship is $20/hr.

Important Dates
The STARZ Summer 2026 Internship program dates are: June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
All interns are required to attend orientation on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Details
- Regular business hours are 9 AM – 6 PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9 AM – 1 PM
- Interns must not work more than 36 hours per week
- Interns must be enrolled in a college or university and classified as rising juniors or seniors
- Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
- All internships are paid
