Job Summary

The STEPS Academic Scheduler plays a key role in academic course scheduling, enrollment planning, and data reporting within the College of Arts & Sciences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Auditing and entering course schedules using the university’s SAP system
  • Maintaining instructor assignment records
  • Assisting with course change processing and approvals
  • Preparing and analyzing enrollment data using tools such as Tableau and Excel to support course planning


Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and a high level of organization and problem-solving are essential.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Experience with university scheduling software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft teams is desirable.
