Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage incoming IT incident tickets using ServiceNow
• Analyze recurring incidents and identify root causes, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and end users to gather information on reported issues.
• Document and translate business requirements related to incident resolution.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to reduce recurring incidents.





Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or IT support-related roles.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA Service Desk, Zendesk).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear business language and vice versa.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
