Job Summary
The STEPS Employee Records Clerk will provide flexible support to the Employee Records team within the Human Resources department. The primary responsibility of this role is to upload documents into the employee records system.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Alphabetizing and filing documents
- Preparing and scanning materials for digital records
- Retrieving employee record information as needed
- Assisting with the No For Rehire process
- Supporting Verifications of Employment (VOE)
The Records Clerk may also assist with general office tasks such as:
- Compiling informational packets
- Sending faxes
- Making copies
- Other administrative support duties as assigned

Demonstrated ability to:
- Handle confidential information
- Follow instructions accurately

Prior experience in office support, data entry, or document management is preferred, but not required.
