This unique role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high visibility environment.

This role provides exposure to key HR areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and organizational development, while also supporting executive operations of HR Leadership at UK.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide executive-level support through high level calendar management, meeting coordination, and high priority communications – supporting organizational communications and operational planning efforts
  • Anticipate leadership needs, be proactive in resolving barriers, and help optimize productivity
  • Assist in coordination of HR initiatives, leadership priorities, and cross functional projects with attention to timelines and deliverables – identifying risks, competing priorities, and process gaps early while helping leaders stay informed
  • Serve as a liaison between HR leadership and internal/external stakeholders across the university
  • Draft, edit, maintain, and organize executive communications, reports, agendas, SOP’s, SharePoint sites and project materials
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Develop systems and processes that improve workflow efficiency, project tracking, and operational continuity
