Flexible but between 8-4 M-F, events may require nightsJob SummaryThis STEPS position will assist the Graduate Medical Education Office, specifically GME Special Projects Coordinator and GME Registrar. During this time of year, GME on-boards and exits trainees, which includes hosting several events. Position duties may include placing orders, managing schedules, assembling promotional packages, assist with event preparations and day-of operations, fielding questions, providing excellent customer service, and more.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience providing project support, including task tracking and follow-up
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, the ability to adjust priorities during busy or high-demand periods.
