Shift

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 7-10 hours per week. Some evening work may be required.

Job Summary

The light Bookkeeping and Administrative Support role is responsible for assisting with daily financial record‑keeping and general office organization.

Key duties include entering and reconciling basic financial transactions, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the filing and retrieval of records.

This position also manages the uploading and organization of documents within the company’s database or document‑management system to ensure information is current, accessible, and properly stored.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, accounting software, and digital filing tools. Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and time‑management skills are essential.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication, proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
