Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and personable STEPS Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others reach their health and wellness goals.

In this role, you will:
  • Assess client needs and fitness levels,
  • Create customized workout programs
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure progress and success.


The ideal candidate is a natural people-person who builds strong client relationships, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional training experience through regular follow-ups and clear communication.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • People centered
  • Certified trainer through nationally accredited institution
  • Certified in CPR and AED
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, Google family and fitness software systems.
