Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and personable STEPS Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others reach their health and wellness goals.
In this role, you will:
- Assess client needs and fitness levels,
- Create customized workout programs
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure progress and success.
The ideal candidate is a natural people-person who builds strong client relationships, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional training experience through regular follow-ups and clear communication.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Attention to detail
- People centered
- Certified trainer through nationally accredited institution
- Certified in CPR and AED
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, Google family and fitness software systems.
