Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights that enhance operational performance across distribution centers. Partner with cross-functional teams to design KPI frameworks, build enterprise reporting solutions, and support performance improvement efforts.

Benefits you can count on:
  • Pay rate: $80,000 to $105,000 per year.
  • This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 12.5% of your base annual salary.

What you'll do as a Strategic Operations Excellence Analyst:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Apply data storytelling techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Optimize visualizations for usability, consistency, and performance.
  • Create reusable templates, style guides, and visualization standards to support enterprise reporting.
  • Write ad hoc SQL queries to support new reporting and analytical initiatives.
  • Document reports, dashboards, and analytics processes to improve end-user understanding, self-service analytics, and Copilot/AI Agent enablement.
  • Assist users with access to published reports and dashboards.
  • Support RPA initiatives to automate reporting and data processing.
  • Perform trend and variance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Industrial Engineering and Lean Six Sigma to analyze performance data and develop operational KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise scorecards and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Identify data integrity issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Strategic Operations Excellence Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience developing reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Expertise in data analysis and SQL programming.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Alteryx.
  • Ability to develop and analyze reports, document processes, and create procedure manuals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience supporting operations (such as labor management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement programs).
  • Ability to translate operational processes into KPIs aligned with margin, productivity, and risk.
  • Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations that drive consistent execution, margin protection, and improved productivity.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
