Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner

As a Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner within Fidelity’s Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging exceptional talent across the enterprise. You’ll use advanced sourcing tools and techniques to uncover passive candidates, build relationships, and present top talent to hiring leaders. This is a highly collaborative role where your curiosity, creativity, and strategic mindset will help shape our hiring success.
- Research and identify passive talent using AI tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., HireEz, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach via email, text, phone, and social platforms.
- Share compelling stories about Fidelity’s mission, culture, and opportunities to spark interest.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build inclusive sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by bringing fresh ideas and a growth mindset to the team.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
- 4+ years of direct sourcing experience, with a proven track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other AI-driven platforms.
- A naturally curious and resourceful approach to talent discovery.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required.
